Product Introduction

The industrial sliding door consists of the door body, balance system, drive and control system, safety devices, tracks, seals, and optional accessories (such as small doors, windows, etc.). Its principle relies on the balance system to achieve dynamic balance, with external force (manual or electric) driving the door body along a suitable track system. It operates smoothly, offers excellent insulation and sealing, and is suitable for various facilities with high requirements for thermal insulation, sealing, and aesthetics, such as factories, logistics warehouses, or specialized garages.

Product Features

Panel Material: Made of double-layer high-strength, high-toughness, corrosion-resistant extruded aluminum alloy.

Surface Treatment: Classic powder coating process, known for its durability, anti-aging, anti-corrosion, color-fastness, easy maintenance, and long-lasting appearance.

Application: Suitable for mid-to-high-end factory sliding doors for external use.

Opening Speed: Average speed ranges from 12-18 meters per minute.

Operation Principle: Multiple hinged door panels are connected in series and fixed in guide rails, rotating around an overhead roll-up shaft for vertical movement.

Drive Principle: A dedicated motor drives the central shaft of the industrial steel sliding doors, enabling opening and closing. The motor automatically stops at preset upper and lower limits.

Aesthetics: The inner and outer surfaces are specially treated to meet the visual demands of modern industrial facilities.

Wind Resistance: Reinforced panels and accessories allow the heavy duty sliding door to withstand winds of up to Level 12.

Light Transmission: Double-glazed insulated glass panels with flexible rubber framing provide excellent natural light and transparency.


Lifting Method

If the installation surface is a brick concrete structure wall, it is required that the wall surface be flat and firm. When installing other supporting facilities such as fire protection, pipelines, cables, etc., please fully consider the operating space of the industrial overhead door or industrial roller shutter. 1.1 Door Panel

1) Panel Surface Material: Double-layer panels, each 0.4mm thick, white-gray.

2) Panel Thickness: 40mm.

Constructed with double-layer premium hot-dip galvanized steel plates, featuring wood-grain embossed patterns (new design) or striped textures on the surface. The core is filled with high-density reinforced foam material, delivering exceptional strength, durability, and superior thermal/acoustic insulation.

The surface undergoes electrostatic spraying and high-temperature baking processes, enhancing both aesthetics and corrosion resistance. This ensures the product remains colorfast and warp-free even in harsh weather conditions, significantly extending its service life.


1.2 Torsion Spring Balance System

Composed of torsion springs, steel shafts, cable drums, flanges, steel cables, central brackets, and connecting bolts.

The torsion spring balance system is computer-designed to ensure that even during power outages, the high performance sliding door can be manually lifted with a force of no more than 20N.

Spring Material: Alloy steel wire 82B, treated with Dakluo (oil-immersed) coating. Cycle Life: Over 30,000 cycles.


1.3 Hardware Accessories

1) rail: rail material is galvanised steel, 2.0mm thick, industrial door track, rail cross-section shape is C-type, with anti-dislodgement hooks to ensure the smooth running of the rollers in the track;

2) auxiliary rail: rail material is galvanised steel, 2.0mm thick, the cross-section shape of the L-type, the auxiliary rail with the door side of the sealing rubber strips on the grooves, the rail and the auxiliary rail with the M8 × 16 semi-circular head carriage screws and flange head nut connection;

3) rollers: material is wear-resistant nylon, containing rolling bearings, running smoothly and noiselessly. ) Roller: the material adopts wear-resistant nylon, containing rolling bearings, smooth running, no noise;

4) Side and Center Hinges: 2.0mm galvanized steel,弧形设计 for aesthetics and strength.

5) Drive Shaft: φ25.4㎜ solid steel rod with anti-rust oxidation treatment.

1.4 Safety Devices

1) Cable Breakage Protector: Located at the bottom corners, theBlade-type Anti-Drop Bracket instantly engages with the track to stop the door if cables snap.

2) Safety Airbag: A wireless sensor at the bottom reverses the door upon detecting obstacles during closure.

3) Spring Breakage Protector: Stops the door within 20cm if a spring fails.
